Some recommended loose leaf tea brands for making masala chai tea are available here, aside from all spices needed. Avoid getting carried away buying all the exotic spices / ingredients, by bringing a shopping list and sticking to it. Stair access to the 2nd floor restaurant, elevator not working. Grab a tasty Indian meal after or before the busy lunch rush. Nice desserts can be brought up to snack on. They accept credit cards, GCash or cash payments.
HIDDEN GEM. Love the smell of spice and their samosa with chutney na Budget friendly.
Prices are all good, way cheaper compared to malls.
♠️ Place - they have a limited space for parking in front which is a plus for their customers. And inside, it's quite big and offer a number of products from seasonings/condiments to things. And they also have a mini bakery inside.
♥️ Staff - they are also friendly
♣️ 1st time getting inside an Indian store and for me they do offer a lot of interesting products and food. Would recommend to friends who are looking for great spices and condiments

Great store. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely get back here again to buy Indian spices and food.
Good store to pick up indian spices and other food ingredients! But it sure is messy and hygiene is highly suspect. Still they do manage to sell some good vegetable samosas with lovely chutney and delicious Indian sweets.
Indian groceries are rare to find in Metro Manila. The district of Paco, Manila is fortunate to have 3 or more. Assad is among the two bigger establishments. Most of what you need for Indian cooking, pastries, henna, incense, spices, dal, and ready-to-cook meals are here. Their Indian street food counter is a good place to find delicious, but inexpensive Indian foods.
Good place to get Indian spices and goods (curry noodles, masala mixes). I drop by around 12nn to make sure I get to buy their samosas, because at 4pm it's usually sold out already.
Also bought almonds recently but they're repacked and quality is questionable. (I got 250g for P200 so maybe that's why?)
Otherwise everything else was great. Will always be a go-to for Indian goodies 👍🏽
Assad Mini Mart - kinda small scale supermarket
Located next to the main road - so won’t have hard time in reaching this place.
Has parking lot available for four wheeler. Right in front of this store
Has traditional Indian stuffs from groceries to sweets.
Himalaya, Dabur, etc
Wheat 🌾 flour. Rice flour , spices , condiments, incense , cooking oil, Basmati 🍚
I was able to see meat and dairy products as well,
Desi ghee, Indian snacks, tea leaves, dried mint, dried 🌿 basil, dried oregano, amla powder( gooseberry), semiya, Indian biscuits 😋, and almost what we need are available there
Bit expensive - but I strongly recommend this place , as I haven’t seen them compromising on the Quality
Staffs are very polite , helpful,
But during morning hours - due to the heavy flow of customers, the less number of staff are not able to meet up with the customer demands - as I had to wait and had to go after the staff one after the other again and again
We got canned Hammus , and while billing , the staff said - sir this is going to expire in this month - plz purchase only if u would consume it before this expires, or else to drop it - in humble way—>. This is what I greatly appreciate. The transparency
I hope the management recruits more staffs during peak hours - plz
